We provide full service to all of your residential homes. We will find a qualified tenant, collect rent, take care of any maintenance needs and submit a timely monthly distribution to you. We provide quarterly inspections of the home, at a minimum, and include air filter replacements as part of our service. With our in house licensed General Contractor available, we can assure you that your investment is in good hands.
