The owner, Philip Carey, has an extensive background in business and real estate. The owner holds a graduate degree in accounting from UNC Chapel Hill as well as a MBA in finance from NCCU. In addition, he has over 20 years of experience managing properties in the Charlotte metropolitan area. Carpe Properties wants you to know that your property is in strong hands. We value our relationship with your property, the tenant, and most importantly, your trust in us to manage your property. Because of this, Carpe Properties provides you with the utmost in personal accountability by going the extra mile to find qualified tenants, and following that up with regular inspections of the property.
